As a smart energy cyber-physical system (CPS) involves massively distributed and interconnected active devices, it opens a new horizon to the traditional power grid infrastructure. With smart energy routers, the distributed renewables and energy storage can be routed to collectively provide significant amount of energy supply in a secure and reliable fashion. When millions of active devices are deployed in an emerging smart energy CPS, the real-time control, operation and scheduling techniques to facilitate the sustainable and economical energy usage become critical for the success of this new infrastructure. Developing these methodologies certainly necessitates innovative data analytic, control theoretic, information theoretic, and algorithmic techniques. This workshop intends to publish state-of-the-art works related to all aspects of the smart energy CPS research. The topics of interests include, but are not limited to:

This workshop solicits state-of-the-art research works in the area of smart energy CPS. Authors should submit their papers through the easychair manuscript portal system at Each submission will be evaluated by the standard review process according to the IEEE guidelines.
